JAPANESE TRANSLATOR/TRANSLATION TEAM LEADER

Description
Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all projects assigned to your
team
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment
Understand and abide by individual project instructions
Interact with headquarters to clarify project parameters
Coordinate with quality control to assure that translations meet job
criteria and are 100% accurate and complete
Openly communicate with headquarters
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
At least 3 yrs. experience in translation
Deadline oriented
Ability to work in Windows (knowledge of MacOS a plus)
Working knowledge of DTP
Ability to work in Trados
Available to communicate during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Availability during U.S. holidays and weekends a plus
Must be able to communicate by email and phone
